The home of Jonathan and Margaret Coburn is set on a track of houses going up a steep incline. While technically 2 stories, the bottom floor is only large enough to support a two car garage, the second story sitting above both it and the raised ground.
Upstairs has a kitchen, bathroom, den (that functions as Margaret's Office), living area, and two bedrooms. The living area has a foldopen couch-bed for guests, and it's south wall opens out onto a balcony that overlooks the hill, giving a good view of the city, and even the distant Mercury Bay.
The house is tan with brick-red trim. Inside is decorated with middle-income carpetting and furnishings. Mostly warm colors - browns and oranges and yellows.
