206 Seastone Road is a nondescript one-story strawberry-box house, with off-white paint, dark green trim, and a mission-tile roof (and a good bit of the interior is tile, too). Like most every other house on the street, it has very few rooms; front room, kitchen, one bathroom, two other rooms, and a small basement. It has a one-car garage and a minuscule backyard; cheap stucco, pointless cathedral ceilings, and a bare pipe railing on the bare front steps.
Though nothing impressive, the house was somewhat cheap, and is just down the block from a collection of shops and stores that can provide most anything you'd want.
