Physique: Heavy. He was once a star athlete at the Beauregard Heights High School and the Mercury City University, but has since let himself go enough to allow some fat deposits to develop.

Occupation: Actor
Home City: Mercury City
Housing location: Clearwater Apartments
Backstory: Justin grew up in the posh neighborhood of Beauregard Heights (the equivalent of Beverly Hills) with his actress mother and screenwriter father. As such, he was inundated with the movie industry and many of the other snobs that frequented the affluent suburb.
However, the life of a fop and dandy was not at all for Justin. he enjoyed the competition of sports and the quick entertainment of comic books, which his father in particular abhorred. He had to keep his interest a secret, often going out of his way to ensure that he didn't even show interest in what his father called "the vile, disgusting dribble kids read". So Justin went on with his life, very much being the epitome of a "life of quiet desperation". It was not until he was in middle school that it changed.
It had initially been for little more than an attempt to get away from his home. But he had discovered track and became a star athlete while doing so. He was a natural at anything he attempted, not knowing why he was able to feel lighter when he was running. He just simply loved to do it. It wasn't until his Sophmore year of high school, when someone attempted to mug him and he was stabbed, only to have the knife be pulled away as a heavily bent scrap of metal, did he figure that something was wrong. It was then that he found out that he had developed a super power, not unlike his favorite superheroes.
Not long after he graduated from high school did he find a calling that seemed right for him: an actor. He enjoyed becoming someone else (although some may consider this some kind of way to distance himself from his parents), and with his huge size (his time on track and his genetics gave him an imposing figure) he was a shoe in for parts that always required hiring: that of the dumb brute. So he enrolled at the Mercury City University studying acting, all the while getting roles in television shows as the big, dumb guy.
It was his first big role on a show about 1930s era Mercury City did he find a niche that interested him: that of a newly developed sci-fi culture known as Noir Punk. Noir punk, like cyberpunk and steampunk before it, had a specific aesthetic. In this case, it called for physical modifications and clothing resembling stuff out of the old Film Noir movies. It was in this show that he found a comfortable niche, being well known for a bruiser on the show.
It was not until he was going to the bank, after he was working, did the idea of being a hero come up at all. He was simply waiting in line when someone decided to rob the bank he was in. He was dressed in one of his costumes and decided to act. He stole on of the robbers ski-mask and took down the other two.
It was then he became the superhero Dusk.
