Not a particularly large or eminently up-market place, but it does well enough as a base.
Main room: The kitchen, living room and bedroom, all in one. Though the present inhabitants haven't been here very long, they've definitely left their mark both in terms of the huge numbers of typed and scrawled sheets of paper and large books scattered around the place (in 'perfectly ordered' piles, of course) and the equally enormous number of empty alcohol bottles and crumped cigarette packets strewn over the available floorspace (though at least some attempt has been made to tidy these up). There's also a general air of lived-in-ness about the place, though one of the occupants appears to be living mainly out of a suitcase if the contents of the room are anything to go by.
There's not much furniture - general kitchen-ness, a couch, a double bed which folds away into the wall when not in use, a desk, a chair,a wardrobe, a chest of drawers and (thanks to the building's age) a fireplace, which is obviously in constant use (as of a short time ago).
Bathroom: Toilet, sink, and shower - all relatively clean and in good repair. There's a large first-aid kit on the floor under the sink.
